Experience Dickens’ classic retold in the night sky – narrated by Matt Lucas! This Christmas, watch Scrooge’s story burst to life above you. About ticket
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Unfortunately, tickets are not available on the door.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
No. This experience is not eligible for refunds, and you cannot transfer your ticket to an alternative date.
Can I make a group booking?
We don’t offer specific group booking offers , so simply purchase the correct amount of tickets for you and your party.
Do you offer press passes?
Contact the Fever press team to arrange.
About access to the event
What happens if I arrive late?
As this is a standing event, it will be possible for ticket holders to enter the venue if you arrive late.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
No animals are allowed, except service dogs.

Do you offer carer tickets?
Yes. We provide one complimentary ticket for a carer or companion attending with someone who has accessibility needs. To claim this, simply add a Carer Ticket (or Companion Ticket) to your basket when booking.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Customers who would like BSL support can contact hello@yuup.co, and we will do our best to arrange this for some performances.
Will there be strobe lights?
The event contains flashing lights and may not be suitable for those with light sensitivities

No, this is a standing event

Can I take photos or record the experience?
We allow photos to be taken on mobile phones for personal use only. Commercial camera equipment isn't permitted without prior consent.
Is there a Lost & Found?
No, if you loose something speak with the nearest steward who will be wearing a high-vis vest, or contact the venue directly.
Is a coat check available?
No
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
Do children need to pay for a ticket?
Children under 3 years old do not require a paid ticket. However, you must add a free “Child Under 3” ticket to your basket at checkout. Children aged 3–17 years must have a regular paid ticket.
Is there an age requirement?
